KTR is led by a highly experienced team of professionals with an average of 25 years of industrial real estate experience and 17 years of a shared working relationship. Our national investment, development and operating platform is unique in the industry by virtue of the depth, breadth and scale. Our team combines the investment acumen and financial sophistication of an institutional asset manager with the real estate knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit of a local operator.

This team has led private and public companies and has extensive expertise in construction, development, banking, institutional advisory and capital formation. Together, we currently manage three discretionary value-add investment funds that target opportunities throughout major markets in North America.
