We currently own and operate over 325 properties comprising approximately 65 million square feet of high quality industrial real estate throughout North America. Our tenants represent every facet of the economy, including e-commerce and logistics companies, consumer goods, food & beverage purveyors, retailers, and wholesale suppliers to the construction, health care, hospitality and automobile industries, amongst others. We serve both the Fortune 50 companies and local entrepreneurs, with equal commitment to their satisfaction.

They are our eyes, ears and representatives in the marketplace, generating much of the information and data that is used in our investment and operating decisions.

Staying on point
We conduct a careful data-driven analysis of the market to determine where we can
add value and how we can reposition an underutilized property to better target demand
in the market. Working with local service professionals, we assemble competitive
leasing teams to identify tenants who would most benefit from use of the property.
Continually improving
We typically make immediate investments in the properties we acquire to update physical
condition, improve curb appeal, enhance functionality and mitigate structural or
environmental concerns. We then reintroduce the property to the market to attract
the best user for the building.
