In-house expertise
Our in-house Property Management Group supervises engineering and maintenance contractors, hires the best third-party vendors to provide janitorial, security, HVAC, general building maintenance and repair services and also provide construction management services for tenant fit-out and capital projects. With people on the ground in every key market, we can determine the best vendors and ensure the highest satisfaction in all the key service areas.
