Keystone Industrial Fund I, L.P.

KTR Industrial Fund I, L.P. (“Fund I”) had its final closing in March 2006 with $505 million of investor capital. Since inception, KTR has completed $1.6 billion of industrial investments in 118 properties in 38 separate transactions within Fund I. Fund I has over $1 billion in gross real estate assets across 13 million square feet.

KTR Industrial Fund II LP

KTR Industrial Fund II LP (“Fund II”) had its final closing in December 2008 with $700 million of investor capital. Since inception, KTR has completed $2.2 billion of industrial investments in 176 properties in 61 separate transactions within Fund II. Fund II has over $2 billion in gross real estate assets across 28 million square feet.

KTR Industrial Fund III LP

KTR Industrial Fund III LP (“Fund III”) had its final closing in July 2013 with $1.2 billion of investor capital. Since inception, KTR has completed $1.3 billion of industrial investments in 90 properties in 32 separate transactions within Fund III. Fund III has over $1 billion in gross real estate assets across 16 million square feet.
