Tariq A. Khan, Senior Vice President – Investments, is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of prospective indirect investments for KTR.

Before joining KTR in 2009, Mr. Khan served as a Vice President for Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he worked in the Real Estate Group in the Investment Banking Division. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Khan worked in the Investment Banking Division of UBS Investment Bank as an Associate and then as a Director in the Global Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure Group. Mr. Khan has executed over $13 billion of real estate M&A and capital markets transactions across various sub-sectors. He started his career as an environmental engineer in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Khan received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia, an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Rice University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School Of Business.
