John S. Bancroft

Senior Vice President - Construction

John S. Bancroft, Senior Vice President - Construction, is involved in all facets of development and construction focused on the eastern United States for KTR. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing due diligence for acquisitions, project design coordination, development budgets, entitlement approvals, permits as well as construction management.

Before joining KTR in December of 2006, Mr. Bancroft was the owner operator of Bancroft Builders where he developed commercial and residential properties as a design build contractor.

Mr. Bancroft graduated from Fort Lewis College with a B.A. in Business Administration in 1995.
