Ryan S. Stoller

Ryan S. Stoller, Vice President – Investments, is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of prospective investments for KTR.

Mr. Stoller’s primary focus is on Chicago and the Midwest region. Ryan has been identifying and underwriting industrial acquisitions in Chicago for over 7 years, beginning as a Senior Acquisitions Analyst at First Industrial Realty Trust. Ryan joined the KTR Capital team in 2008 and became the Asset Manager for the Chicago market in 2010.

Before Mr. Stoller moved to Chicago, he was an Investment Sales broker in the Capital Markets Group at Trammell Crow, selling institutional office, retail and industrial properties in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance and Consulting from Emory University.
