Kevin Apel

Vice President – Asset Management

Kevin Apel, Vice President – Asset Management , is responsible for property and portfolio level analysis within the Company’s asset management group, including lease analysis and negotiation, budgeting, forecasting and valuations.

Mr. Apel is primarily responsible for the firm’s portfolio in Southern California and Arizona. Prior to joining KTR in 2010, Mr. Apel was a Vice President for Transwestern Property Company in Los Angeles. Previously, Mr. Apel was a Vice President for RREEF/DB Real Estate with responsibilities that included the strategic oversight and implementation of 4.75 million square feet of industrial warehouse and R&D space in the Los Angeles market. Mr. Apel began his career at Lee & Associates.

He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is currently a member of NAIOP SoCal. He received a bachelor’s degree from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA.
