Asset Manager

Renee Carroll, Asset Manager, is responsible for portfolio level analysis including lease analysis and negotiation, budgeting, forecasting and valuations.

Ms. Carroll is primarily responsible for the firm’s portfolio in Nevada. Before joining KTR in 2011, Ms. Carroll was the Director of Asset Services with Commerce CRG/Cushman Wakefield in Las Vegas, NV. Additionally, Ms. Carroll brings over 20 years of property management experience working for clients such as Wells Fargo, Pacific Mutual Life Insurance, Teachers Pension Fund Group and Kennedy Associates Real Estate Council Associates.

Ms. Carroll is a Nevada state Licensed Salesperson who received her RPA designation from BOMI Institute and is a current member of SIOP, NAIOP and BOMA.
