Ryan Fitzgibbon

Asset Manager

Ryan Fitzgibbon, Asset Manager, is responsible for property and portfolio level analysis within the Company’s asset management group, including lease analysis and negotiation, budgeting, forecasting and valuations.

Mr. Fitzgibbon is primarily responsible for the firm's portfolio in the Northwest. Prior to joining KTR in 2014, Mr. Fitzgibbon was an Asset Manager for Bentall Kennedy where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of assets in multiple markets. Previously, Mr. Fitzgibbon was an Analyst at Bentall Kennedy where he created financial proformas and underwrote potential real estate investments. He started his career as a Property Accountant for Trammell Crow Company.

Mr. Fitzgibbon recieved B.A. in economics from the University of Washington and MBA from Seattle university.
