Albert J. Corr

Senior Vice President – Asset Management

Albert J. Corr, Senior Vice President – Asset Management, is responsible for coordinating and leading the Company’s national disposition efforts as well as asset management for the KTR’s portfolio in Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining KTR in 2008, Mr. Corr was a Vice President for BPG Properties in Philadelphia. Previously, Mr. Corr was an Investment Analyst at Grubb & Ellis Company in their Investment Properties division. Mr. Corr began his career within the Corporate Real Estate group of CIGNA Corporation as a Financial Analyst.

He is currently a member of NAIOP as well as the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC). Mr. Corr received his B.S. in Finance from Millersville University and received his M.B.A. in Finance from LaSalle University.
