Mike Pace

Vice President - Construction

Mike Pace, Vice President - Construction, is responsible for entitlement, design, and construction of new development and major capital improvement projects in the Company’s West Coast Region.

Prior to joining KTR in 2014, Mr. Pace was Vice President of Development and Construction for two Southern California firms, the L&R Group of Companies and Parker Properties, where he managed office, retail, and parking mixed-use development projects.

Mr. Pace received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Davis and his M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from UCLA.
