Rob Turcott

Vice President – Asset Management

Rob Turcott, Vice President – Asset Management, is responsible for property and portfolio level analysis within the Company’s asset management group, including lease analysis and negotiation, budgeting, forecasting and valuations.

Mr. Turcott is primarily responsible for the firm’s portfolio in Illinois and Wisconsin. Before joining KTR in 2011, Mr. Turcott was a Senior Development Manager for McShane Development Company. Previously, Mr. Turcott was a Senior Financial Analyst with Equity Office Properties Trust.

He is currently a member of NAIOP Chicago and the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE). Mr. Turcott received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the Kellstadt School of Business in Chicago, Illinois.
