Benjamin B. Rosen

Asset Manager

Benjamin B. Rosen, Asset Manager, is responsible for property and portfolio level analysis within the Company’s asset management group, including lease analysis and negotiation, budgeting, forecasting and valuations.

Mr. Rosen is primarily responsible for the firm’s portfolio in New Jersey. Mr. Rosen has been with the firm since 2009. He was previously an Associate on the Investments team covering the Midwest region as well as the Seattle market.

Mr. Rosen received a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
