Senior Vice President - Construction

Louis Berchicci, Vice President - Construction and Development, is involved in all facets of development and construction focused on the midwestern United States for KTR. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing due diligence for acquisitions, project design coordination, development budgets, entitlement approvals, permits as well as construction management.

Before joining KTR Capital Partners, Mr. Berchicci was a Senior Development Manager at First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc and served in a similar capacity at ProLogis.

He has over 25 years experience in the real estate industry, with a heavy emphasis on industrial development; including high hazard, refrigerated, and FDA approved facilities.
