T. Bradford Stitchberry

Vice President – Asset Management

T. Bradford Stitchberry, Vice President – Asset Management, is responsible for property and portfolio level analysis within the Company’s asset management group, including lease analysis, budgeting, forecasting and valuations.

Mr. Stitchberry is primarily responsible for the firm’s portfolio in Florida. Before joining KTR in 2006, Mr. Stitchberry was a Portfolio Management Analyst in the Corporate & Investment Banking division of Wachovia Capital Markets. Previously, he was a Financial Analyst at Keystone Property Trust for the Asset Management group. Mr. Stitchberry began his career at Valley Forge Asset Management as a Portfolio Assistant.

He is currently a member of NAIOP and received his B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.
