Lauren D. Ores

Vice President - Capital Markets

Lauren D. Ores, Vice President - Capital Markets, is responsible for the execution of investor communications capital raising and financings for KTR.

Before re-joining KTR in September 2011, Mrs. Ores worked in the Portfolio Management group at Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management (formerly RREEF), with primary responsibilities including valuations, dispositions and lease analyses for office, retail, multi-family and industrial properties.

Prior to that, Mrs. Ores was the Accounting and Finance Manager at KTR Capital Partners.

Mrs. Ores began her real estate career at Keystone Property Trust as a Property Accountant in 2002. She received a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.
