Brian J. Krill

Vice President and Fund/Property Controller

Brian J. Krill – Vice President and Fund/Property Controller, is a member of the accounting group and is responsible for financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting and tax-related matters.

Before joining KTR in September of 2007, Mr. Krill was the Accounting Manager at Gamma Capital Advisors. Previously, Mr. Krill was a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young LLP in their asset management group.

He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Krill graduated summa cum laude from Villanova University, where he earned a B.S. in Accountancy.
