Marty Edmondson

Vice President – Asset Management

Marty Edmondson, Vice President – Asset Management, is responsible for property and portfolio level analysis within the Company’s asset management group, including lease analysis and negotiation, budgeting, forecasting and valuations.

Mr. Edmondson is primarily responsible for the firm’s portfolio in Illinois and Ohio. Before joining KTR in 2010, Mr. Edmondson was a Vice president for International Airport Centers in Chicago. Previously, Mr. Edmondson was a Regional Development Officer with First Industrial Realty Trust. During Mr. Edmondson’s 10 years at First Industrial he held various positions within the portfolio management, asset management and development teams of First Industrial.

Mr. Edmondson received a B.S. in Finance from Eastern Illinois University.
