Vincent J. Buoniconti

Asset Manager

Vincent J. Buoniconti, Asset Manager, is responsible for property and portfolio level analysis, including lease analysis, budgeting, capital improvements, and valuations.

Mr. Buoniconti is primarily responsible for the firm’s portfolio in Florida. Prior to joining KTR, Mr. Buoniconti was an Associate Asset Manager in the REO division of LNR Partners where he oversaw a national portfolio of distressed industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and hospitality properties. Before LNR, he was an office leasing broker with Grubb and Ellis Company in South Florida where he specialized in landlord representation. He began his career as an Associate in the Industrial Brokerage Group of CBRE- Hartford where he focused on the sale and leasing of industrial properties.

Mr. Buoniconti received a B.A. from Trinity College.
