Michael W. Coppola, Vice President – Investments, is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of prospective investments for KTR.

Mr. Coppola's focus is on New Jersey. Prior to his current role, he was an Associate on the Investments team covering the New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets. Prior to joining KTR in January 2011, Mr. Coppola was an Associate at M3 Capital Partners where he helped in the underwriting, marketing, and formation of multi-investor closed-end real estate funds and strategic joint ventures across various property sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
