Vice President – Investments

Mace McClatchy, Vice President – Investments, is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of prospective investments for KTR.

Mr. McClatchy's focus is on Dallas and Houston as well as other Texas markets. Prior to joining KTR, he served as Managing Principal of Holt Lunsford Commercial ("HLC") where he oversaw portfolio leasing and client relationship development.

Before HLC, Mr. McClatchy was an Investment Associate at Frontier Equity where he was charged with leading the underwriting and execution of prospective investments across several Texas markets. Mr. McClatchy is a current member of The Real Estate Council, NAIOP, NTCAR, the Associate Leadership Council, and the Baylor Alumni Association. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University with concentration in Finance and International Business.
