Edward Berkheimer

Vice President – Property Management

Edward Berkheimer, Vice President – Property Management, is responsible for Property Management for the Company’s South Florida portfolio.

Before joining KTR in 2006, Mr. Berkheimer was a portfolio manager for UBS based in their Weston, FL office. From 1973 to 2004 he was an owner and managing partner for Norde Management Corporation, a company that managed Condo and Homeowners associations in the Miami Dade, Broward & Palm Beach Counties.

Mr. Berkheimer is a licensed CAM.
