Britt Sanders, Associate - Business Development, is responsible for business development and marketing initiatives for the Firm’s portfolio, including tenant and broker relations, customer solutions and firm communications.
Before joining KTR in 2013, Ms. Sanders was an Associate at TA Associates Realty in Boston focusing on Fundraising and Investor Relations. She started her career on the High Yield Portfolio Management team at Wellington Management Company in Boston.
She is currently a member of Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) and NAIOP Developing Leaders. Ms. Sanders received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Michigan.
