Brian A. Gagne, Senior Vice President – Investments, is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of prospective investments for KTR.

Mr. Gagne's focus is on LA and Orange County in Southern California as well as the Bay Area, Central Valley and Las Vegas. Before joining KTR in 2005, he was a member of the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokerage Group of New Dover Associates in Massachusetts.

Prior to that Mr. Gagne was an analyst with Lehman Brothers in New York in the finance division. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Babson College with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance and Evaluation.
