John Clowney

Vice President – Asset Management

John Clowney, Vice President – Asset Management, is responsible for property and portfolio level analysis within the Company’s asset management group, including lease analysis and negotiation, budgeting, forecasting and valuations.

Mr. Clowney is primarily responsible for the Firm's portfolio in Atlanta, Dallas and Houston. Before joining the Asset Management team in 2011, Mr. Clowney was involved with the identification, underwriting and execution of prospective investments for the Company.

Prior to joining KTR in 2008, he was an equity analyst in the REIT sector at Merrill Lynch in New York City. Mr. Clowney received his B.S. in Analytical Finance as well as his M.S. in Accountancy from Wake Forest University. Mr. Clowney is a CPA.
