John P. DiCola,
Partner, Co-Head of Investments
John P. DiCola, Partner, is Co-Head of Investments for KTR and a member of the Firm's Investment Committee. He has oversight of all acquisitions activities across North America.
Prior to KTR Mr. DiCola served as Senior Vice President of Investments at Keystone Property Trust from September 2002 and was responsible for overseeing acquisitions and development in the Northeast. Prior to joining Keystone, he was most recently Principal and Co-Founder of Triad Partners, LLC, a firm specializing in development opportunities in the New York City metropolitan area. Prior to founding Triad, Mr. DiCola spent ten years with Jones Lang LaSalle, most recently as Senior Vice President, responsible for the firm’s land investment and development activities in the Eastern portion of the United States.
He currently is a member of NAIOP and ULI. Mr. DiCola received an A.B. in Urban Studies and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Brown University.
