Gina M. Cotton

Senior Vice President – Senior Controller

Gina M. Cotton, Senior Vice President – Senior Controller, is responsible for the financial reporting, property accounting and internal control processes for KTR.

Prior to joining KTR in June 2005, Mrs. Cotton was a Senior Manager for Ernst & Young in Philadelphia, where she had been focused on the real estate industry for eight years. She began her career with the Rubin Organization (now Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust) where she held various accounting roles.

She is a Certified Public Accountant and a current member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Mrs. Cotton received her B.S. in Accounting and MBA from St. Joseph’s University.
