Vice President - Property Management

Kimberly I. Rierson, Vice President - Property Management, is responsible for property operations, tenant relations, tenant and capital improvements and third party management in the West and Southwest regions of KTR’s portfolio.

Ms. Rierson was previously Director of Real Estate Management for IDI and joined KTR with over 20 years of property management and construction experience.

Ms. Rierson is certified LEED-AP and a California Notary Public. She is currently a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and NAIOP.
