Bob Andrews

Senior Vice President – Asset Management

Bob Andrews, Senior Vice President – Asset Management, is responsible for property and portfolio level analysis within the Company’s asset management group, including lease analysis and negotiation, budgeting, forecasting and valuations.

Mr. Andrews is primarily responsible for the firm’s portfolio in California, Arizona, Nevada and Washington. Before joining KTR in 2012, Mr. Andrews was a Director at RREEF in Southern California and Phoenix. Mr. Andrews began his career at Cushman & Wakefield as an industrial broker in Southern California.

He received a B.A. in Business Administration from University of San Diego.
