Jeffrey E. Kelter

Jeffrey E. Kelter, Senior Partner, is the Chief Executive Officer of KTR and serves on the Firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to founding KTR, Mr. Kelter was President, Chief Executive Officer and Trustee of Keystone Property Trust, (“Keystone” NYSE: KTR) an industrial real estate investment trust.
Mr. Kelter founded the predecessor to Keystone in 1982, and took the company public in 1997, where he and the management team directed its operations until its sale in 2004. He began his career in 1976 at Bankers Trust Company, where he was an assistant treasurer in the Corporate Finance division.
Mr. Kelter serves on the Board of Directors of Gramercy Capital Corporation (NYSE: GKK), and Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust (NYSE: SWAY), and he is a Trustee of ULI, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, Westminster School, and Trinity College where he received a B.A. in Urban Studies.
