Philip J. Prassas, Senior Vice President – Investments, is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of prospective investments for KTR.

Mr. Prassas’ focus is the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley submarkets in Southern California as well as Phoenix, Denver and the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining KTR, Mr. Prassas served as Vice President of Acquisitions for Duke Realty Corporation, a publicly-traded REIT.

Before Duke, he spent 5 years at RREEF/Deutsche Bank Real Estate, where he was responsible for originating and underwriting investment opportunities in multiple markets across the country. Mr. Prassas began his career as an investment analyst for a Chicago-based developer. He currently serves on the board of directors for NAIOP Inland Empire and is a member of ULI. Mr. Prassas earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University in Ohio.
